Audrey Ciecka owner, stylist

A Chicago native, Audrey has been in the hair industry for over a decade.  After spending 9 years mastering her cutting skills at a high end Chicago salon, she decided to carve her own path and open The Bevy.  Audrey has had extensive training from leaders in the industry, including advanced training from Sassoon Academy,  Bumble and Bumble U. and participated in numerous American Crew trainings.  In addition to technical skills, her willingness to listen is unparalleled, enabling every client to feel understood. Cutting pixies and short shapes are her faves. Outside the salon Audrey's favorite thing is 6am on a summer morning sipping coffee on the porch, basking in the silence and sun of a new day.

Seven stylist, colorist

Seven has been working her magic for over 10 years in the hair industry. Originally from Connecticut, she has made Chicago home. Her hair education has been fostered through classes from leaders in the hair game- Shu Uemura, Bumble and Bumble, and American Crew.  All this education has given her an arsenal of both cut and color knowledge. Have you long hair, short hair or anything in between you can count on Seven to get it right. Out of the salon Seven is the doting mother to Moses, the cutest toy poodle around town.  Moses loves watermelon and his obsession with napping is rivaled only by his mother.

Courtney stylist

Courtney, an Evanston native grew up in the hair industry. Her father, a master barber was on the forefront of bringing back the art of the barber shop when opening Trufitt & Hill (now Merchant & Rhoades), a classic barbershop in downtown Chicago. She and her older brother both followed in his footsteps and entered the hair biz. Before even attending cosmetology school, she had been cutting and coloring her own hair for years. During her 6 years in the industry she has received advanced education from Bumble and Bumble, Shu Uemura, and American Crew.  Her love for our industry runs deep, previous to becoming a hairstylist Courtney studied fashion at Columbia College. While not at the salon you can find her drawing, taking photos or relaxing with her tight knit family.
